    • A comprehensive 13 video series course covering dosing and timing, side effects, plateaus and social occasions, along with practical techniques from coaches trained in Dr Roy Eskapa's method. There are regular Q&A sessions with your coaching team, and our prescribing clinicians join at points through the year. Membership is by invitation for all new clients, it will renew at the end of your programme at 12 weeks, and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
    • The community sits alongside your prescription and coaching rather than replacing either. For anything specific to your own treatment, please speak to your clinical team directly.
