This capillary finger-prick home test measures key liver markers that show how well these organs are functioning and processing alcohol and medication. It forms an essential part of the Sinclair Method UK (TSM UK) medical pathway and helps ensure treatment continues safely.

How it fits into your treatment

Your prescription includes 168 naltrexone tablets in total:

• First 28 tablets – can be prescribed without a liver test.

• Remaining 140 tablets – require a liver function test before they can be dispensed.

This home test kit allows you to complete that test from home and submit your results securely for review by our clinical team.

How it works

1. Collect a small finger-prick blood sample using the kit provided.

2. Place your sample in the prepaid return envelope and send it to our partner Laboratories.

3. Once processed, your results are shared with the Sinclair Method UK medical team to confirm safe continuation of treatment.
